Pricing & Payment

How does pricing work?

Simple: your price depends on service type, home size, and how often you book. Use our calculator to see your exact price instantly—no estimates, no phone calls. What you see is what you pay.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through our booking system.

When do I pay?

Payment is collected when you book your clean. No surprises, no hidden fees.

Do you offer discounts for recurring service?

Yes. Weekly cleanings save 20%, bi-weekly saves 10%, and monthly saves 5%. The more often we clean, the less you pay per visit.

Services & What's Included

What's the difference between The Maintenance, The Reset, and The Deep?

The Maintenance: Your weekly or bi-weekly clean. All rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, floors. Keeps your home consistently clean.

The Reset: Monthly deeper clean. Everything in Maintenance plus baseboards, window sills, light fixtures, behind furniture.

The Deep: Quarterly or move-out. Everything in Reset plus inside oven/fridge, all windows, detailed carpet cleaning, wall washing.

How does donation pickup work?

Set aside items you want to donate (clothes, books, household goods) before your clean. Our cleaner will take them to a local donation center after finishing. No extra charge. Saves you a trip and helps reduce waste.

Do you bring cleaning supplies?

Yes. We bring all professional-grade supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your products (eco-friendly, specific brands), just let us know in special instructions.

How long does a clean take?

Depends on your home size and service level. Generally: Studio/1BR takes 2-3 hours, 2BR takes 3-4 hours, 3BR takes 4-5 hours. Deep cleans take longer.

Scheduling & Booking

How far in advance do I need to book?

We offer same-day booking when available. For best availability, book 24-48 hours ahead. Recurring customers get priority scheduling.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Nope. Most customers aren't home. Just provide access instructions (lockbox code, doorman, key location) in your booking. Many of our customers schedule their clean while they're at work or out with friends.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Less than 24 hours notice incurs a 50% cancellation fee (our cleaners have already scheduled you).

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

Yes. We match you with a cleaner in your building whenever possible. You'll build a relationship with someone who knows your home and your preferences. That's how it should be.

Trust & Safety

How do you vet your cleaners?

Every cleaner goes through background checks, reference verification, and in-person interviews. We only work with experienced professionals who share our values of quality and reliability.

Are cleaners insured?

Yes. All cleaners are covered by our liability insurance. If something breaks (rare), we handle it.

What about my pets?

We love pets! Just let us know in special instructions if your dog or cat needs any specific handling (crate them, keep them in bedroom, etc.). Most pets are fine with our cleaners once they get to know them.

How do you ensure quality?

We pay our cleaners 2-3x industry rates and use performance-based compensation to reward excellence. Most platforms pay $8-12/hour; our cleaners earn significantly more. This attracts top talent and creates natural incentives: show up on time, pay attention to detail, treat your home with care. Better pay + performance incentives = consistently exceptional service.

Why Minneapolis?

We're starting local. Building density in Minneapolis buildings means better service for you (same cleaner every time, faster response) and better economics for our cleaners (less travel, more efficiency). We'll expand to other cities once we've perfected the model here.

What if I'm not satisfied with my clean?

Let us know within 24 hours. We'll send someone back to re-clean the areas you're unhappy with, free of charge. Our goal is to make you genuinely happy, not just get it done.
