How does pricing work?
You tell us your home size and service level, and we show your exact price instantly. No quotes. No calls. No “starting at” games. Sales tax is added at checkout.
When do I pay?
Your card is saved securely when you book. You’re only charged after your clean is confirmed — no surprise charges later, no add-ons you didn’t approve.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes — returning customers get 15% off their next clean. The more you book with us, the more it pays back.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Secure, simple, done.
Services & What’s Included
What’s the difference between the cleans?
The Maintenance is your regular reset. The Reset is a deeper clean for when things need more attention (our best value). The Deep is the full “everything handled” clean. Whichever you choose, your space ends up cleaner, lighter, and easier to live in.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes — we bring everything. Professional-grade, non-toxic eco products and all equipment. One less thing for you to think about.
How long does a clean take?
Most condos: a 1BR takes about 2–3 hours, a 2BR about 3–4, and a 3BR about 4–5. Deep cleans take longer — but they hit everything. Either way, you don’t need to be home.
How does donation pickup work?
This is the part people love most. Leave a bag of clothes or apparel by the door, and we’ll take it and donate it after your clean. No extra cost. No extra trip. Your old stuff, someone’s new start.
Scheduling & Booking
How far in advance should I book?
We offer same-day when available. For the best time slots, book 24–48 hours ahead. Returning clients get priority.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Most people aren’t. Just leave access instructions and we’ll handle the rest.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. With 24+ hours notice, it’s a full refund. Less than 24 hours, a 50% fee applies — your cleaner already reserved that time.
Will I get the same cleaner?
That’s the goal. We match you with the same person whenever possible — so they know your space, and you know what to expect.
Trust & Safety
How do you vet cleaners?
We keep this tight. Background checks, references, and real-world experience required. We only work with people we’d trust in our own homes.
Are you insured?
Yes. If something goes wrong (rare), we handle it.
What about pets?
We’re pet-friendly. Just let us know anything important — crate, room, quirks. Most pets adjust quickly.
