When you book a clean through hauzkeep.com, we collect your name, email address, phone number, home address, and unit number. We also collect your service preferences (service type, home size, frequency, add-ons) and any special instructions you provide.
Your credit or debit card information is processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Hauzkeep never sees, stores, or has access to your full card number. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. For more information, visit Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We use your information to provide our cleaning service, communicate about your bookings (confirmations, scheduling, follow-ups), process payments, and improve our service. We may also use your email to send occasional service updates — you can unsubscribe at any time.
Your booking information is stored in Airtable, a secure cloud-based platform. Payment data is stored by Stripe. Your data is hosted in the United States.
We share your name, address, and scheduling details with the cleaner assigned to your booking — they need this information to do their job. We share payment information with Stripe to process charges. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
Our website uses minimal cookies required for functionality (Stripe payment processing). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.
We retain your booking and contact information for as long as you are an active customer, plus 12 months after your last booking. Payment records are retained as required by tax law. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, and opt out of any marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@hauzkeep.com.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure payment processing (Stripe), and access controls on our operations platform. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we do our best to protect your data.
